📋 Description

• Follow up with families who have expressed interest or requested more information • Respond quickly, listen well, explain soil transformation clearly, and help families decide whether Earth is right for them • Manage 1000+ assigned family relationships per month and associated tasks • Educate families on the soil transformation process, 30–45 day timeline, soil distribution, costs, and comparison with burial and cremation • Complete arrangements accurately, including contracts, payment plans, and state-specific disclosure documents • Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, meeting dispositions, fields, and scheduled next steps • Follow required phrasing in calls and written communications and earn licenses as the company expands • Participate in call reviews, feedback sessions, training, and coaching • Share effective approaches and supporting data with the team to improve the playbook • Meet monthly enrollment quotas and performance targets • Monitor and improve response speed, conversion rate, and call quality • Complete training, shadowing, independent inbound calls, and progressively manage the full queue during the first 90 days • Work Monday through Friday with approximately one evening shift weekly, two weekend days monthly, and shared holiday coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience with high-consideration purchases, such as automotive, financial investments, real estate, new home construction, high-end consumer goods, or another family-decision product or service • Track record of success • Comfort working from talk tracks, templates, and a defined process • Comfort being coached on calls • Comfort talking about death and grief • Strong reading comprehension and clear written communication • Aptitude to learn software quickly independently • Daily use of HubSpot CRM, VOIP calling tools, Slack, and AI assistants • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private space for confidential conversations • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday rotation • Trustworthiness without supervision when handling sensitive family information • Active life insurance license is not required to start, but is required for promotion into senior advisor roles • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship, based on the application question
