📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to landlords using company-provided leads • Introduce and promote property management and leasing services • Build rapport with property owners and identify rental needs • Qualify landlord prospects and convert them into potential clients • Follow up with interested landlords via phone and email • Contact prospective tenants through outbound calls • Qualify tenant inquiries based on rental requirements • Schedule appointments and property viewings • Maintain accurate conversation and lead-status records in the CRM • Coordinate with the internal team for follow-up and appointment management

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or real estate • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Confident speaking with prospects over the phone • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Comfortable handling objections and following up with leads • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proficient with email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targets
