📋 Description

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls with our Merchants providing excellent customer service • New merchant set-ups and trainings • Processing consumer applications and reviewing conditions for funding • Provide assistance in using company financing program at point of purchase • Work remotely and follow scheduled shifts (9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT weekdays, Sat 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PT) • Collaborate with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual: Proficient in English and Spanish and comfortable conducting business in both languages • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Detail oriented and conscientious • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment • Must possess a disciplined work ethic, positive attitude and be highly motivated to succeed • Saturday shift required
