📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for Account Management, including authentication, login security, authorization, security, fraud prevention, and KYC/KYB. • Own subscription management, including tiering, entitlements, usage limits, feature access, and upgrade/downgrade flows. • Drive partnerships and enterprise logins integrating with identity providers and platform ecosystems. • Define and prioritize initiatives balancing user experience, conversion, fraud risk, and compliance. • Analyze user journeys to reduce friction while protecting against fraud and abuse. • Shape and execute the payment security roadmap across checkout, fraud rules, and 3-D Secure/SCA. • Prioritize using ROI frameworks and manage the P&L of the Frauds and Security team. • Lead delivery from discovery through release and post-release, defining success metrics. • Partner with engineering, data, finance, risk operations, support, and logistics teams. • Monitor market and PSP capabilities, risk signals, SCA/PCI/AML trends, and competitor tactics; turn insights into backlog items and experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Fraud and Risk with hands-on ownership of fraud prevention for transactional or high-volume products. • Strong grasp of account takeovers, synthetic/friendly fraud, triangulation, chargebacks and disputes, device/behavioural signals, rules, ML models, and evidence workflows. • Deep understanding of MFA, SSO, OAuth2, enterprise identity integrations, and role-based access control. • Comfortable with funnels, experimentation, KPIs, and trade-off modelling. • Proven prioritization and problem framing skills; able to influence across distributed global teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organised, resourceful, and entrepreneurial. • PCI compliance and KYC/KYB workflow experience is a plus.
