📋 Description

• Within the Service Operations department, you will be responsible for managing and steering strategic projects related to technological transformation and the optimization of our Cloud and Datacenter environments. • Full lifecycle IT project management: scoping, planning, execution, deliverable tracking, and reporting. • Management of complex projects: Cloud migrations, AI integration, automation, security, scalability, and performance. • Cross-functional coordination: close collaboration with Cloud Ops, DevOps, R&D, Security, Customer Success, Support, and CSM teams. • Monitoring and governance: defining key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing dashboards, leading project steering committees, and managing risks. • Client-facing interface: managing strategic client projects, regular reporting, support, and post-deployment follow-up. • Continuous improvement: capturing lessons learned and contributing to the evolution of internal best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing complex IT projects, including at least 3 years in a Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle). • Proficiency with project management frameworks: PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalents. • Strong skills in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and the ability to operate across multi-team environments. • Good understanding of Datacenter environments, applied AI in IT operations, automation, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and compliance. • Natural leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to unite teams around common goals. • Excellent analytical skills, rigor, prioritization abilities, and a concise synthesis mindset. • Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
