• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the food & beverage CPG industry, with at least three years managing regional and independent grocery accounts. • Minimum 2–3 years of people management experience with proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams. • Proven track record of delivering sales growth, building relationships, and managing trade spend. • Strong broker management and field execution experience. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. • Passionate about what Banza’s doing!
