📋 Description
• MHRS is seeking a full- or part-time (fee-for-service) OCD therapist to provide Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP). • The position entails providing a combination of ERP, CBT, other therapeutic exposures, recovery skills-building, and documentation. • The position also entails working with individuals who have commonly co-occurring mental health conditions. • Proper documentation of all services rendered in a timely manner. • Continually assess clients’ progress and level of care, update treatment plans, and complete transition/discharge plans when indicated. • Communicate with clients’ family/supports as indicated.
🎯 Requirements
• Holds a Master's degree in a mental health field and is a licensed therapist in NY and willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. • Can commit to in-person sessions if needed and a minimum of two weeknight shifts (4-8p). • Has a 1-3 years of experience. • Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. • Is a lifelong learner, eager to expand their expertise.
