📋 Description
• Deliver an ambitious eBay Live GMV target for your assigned categories • Act as the GM for your category on Live – build seller & event supply and coordinate cross functional teams • Select and onboard new sellers to eBay Live and conduct BD activities • Define criteria for selecting sellers using pattern recognition, analytics, and merchant intuition • Shepherd sellers through onboarding, identify issues, and create processes/tools/workarounds • Help sellers find success on eBay Live across assortment, host, production, formats, marketing • Advocate for sellers with cross functional teams and seed programs to help sellers be successful • Help scale eBay Live and build a team of category managers
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent • 5+ years of relevant ecommerce experience working directly with sellers and retailers • Experience and interest in Live selling formats • Proven track record leading multiple priorities simultaneously with minimum guidance • Strong project management, organization, and partner engagement skills • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability and willingness to travel to meet in person with accounts (up to 15% of month)
