• Manage and grow existing client accounts in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy space • Support the implementation of retail media strategies, including campaign briefings, monitoring, and reporting • Work closely with the Advertising, Content, Operations, and BI teams • Contribute to the development of growth initiatives (e.g., cross-sell and upsell ideas) • Coordinate timelines and prepare client meetings • Participate in internal knowledge sessions, project reviews, and industry updates
• Initial professional experience (1–2 years) in online marketing, e‑commerce, or media — e.g., through internships, student roles, or a first full-time position • Interest in digital project management and data-driven marketing • Basic understanding of online advertising (e.g., Google, Meta, or Amazon is a plus but not required) • Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and eagerness to learn new tools • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills • Confident communicator and enjoyment in interacting with clients and internal teams • Proficient with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
