• 12–15 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or growth marketing within media, advertising, or marketing services. • Proven track record in new business acquisition and consistently exceeding growth targets. • Deep knowledge of Americas media markets and strong senior advertiser relationships. • Expertise in modern B2B sales techniques: insight-led selling, thought leadership, and data-driven value propositions. • Experience leading complex, multi-market solution sales. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting. • Experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline. • Strong knowledge of digital media and emerging industry trends. • Excellent leadership skills with experience coaching and developing sales teams. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
