📋 Description

• Oversee and support live and remote internal and external training sessions for the WiSE System • Contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of training materials, curriculum, and certification pathways • Oversee onboarding and skill development for new field and in-house personnel • Direct knowledge and skills assessments leading to certification, continued training, or remediation recommendations • Oversee physician, clinical specialist, and commercial team training through in-person procedural case support, virtual training, and structured educational sessions • Facilitate physician proctoring and live procedural instruction • Manage a small team of technical and clinical subject matter experts on WiSE System implants, device follow-ups, and clinical investigations • Provide supervision and mentorship to field operations personnel during procedures • Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and sales teams on messaging, product positioning, and product launches • Liaise between field teams and internal stakeholders to optimize training strategies • Assess and enhance training programs using performance metrics, trainee feedback, and evolving clinical best practices • Mentor Field Clinical Specialists and other training personnel • Support the Director of Training in building scalable learning materials • Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure training content compliance with FDA and other regulations • Assist with off-site physician education programs, hands-on cadaver labs, and KOL training events • Provide field insights for product development, clinical trial protocols, and future training strategies • Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and professional education forums • Supervise training personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field (or equivalent clinical experience) • Minimum 12 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and/or Electrophysiology (EP) • Strong background supporting implantable cardiac device procedures and mentoring field team personnel • Experience managing or mentoring a team of individual contributors • Experience with group presentations and hands-on experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management products • Prior experience developing training curriculum and implementing structured onboarding programs • Experience supporting commercial launches of new and novel implantable cardiac devices • Familiarity with abdominal surgery technique • Familiarity with FDA-regulated training materials and industry-standard educational practices • Deep understanding of cardiac medical devices, implant procedures requiring surgical technique, and cardiac device therapy strategies • Ability to design and manage multi-modal learning solutions, including cadaver and animal labs, digital learning, and LMS-driven pathways • Ability to work with sales, clinical, marketing, regulatory, and R&D teams • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities • Comfortable using training metrics and performance analytics • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
