📋 Description

• Maximise sales performance and profitability across the assigned region • Achieve enrolment targets within the agreed regional budget • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for assigned markets • Build and strengthen partner relationships and provide sales and marketing support • Negotiate and document commercial agreements, commission structures, marketing plans, objectives and incentive schemes • Manage operational issues and payment-related matters • Collaborate with Admissions, EC Centres and Marketing to support partners and students • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities for regional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Fluent spoken and written Italian • Excellent spoken and written English • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and commercial objectives • Minimum of two years' experience in international sales or account management, ideally in B2B • Experience developing and managing key client relationships and growing existing accounts • Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver business growth • Excellent relationship management and customer-focused approach • Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication and influencing skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • CRM systems experience is advantageous • Ability to work across international teams and cultures • Willingness to travel internationally as required • Knowledge of international education, student recruitment, language schools or international education providers is advantageous • Spanish language skills are advantageous
