📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive ALM Validations, including review of model results, assumptions, governance, policies and procedures, and compliance with regulations and best practices. Perform in-depth CECL Validations, assessing methodologies, data inputs, governance frameworks, and compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare detailed written reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and validation methodologies. Analyze credit union balance sheets, risk factors, and economic conditions to ensure accurate modeling and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and maintain exceptional client service standards. Participate in other consulting engagements as needed, providing subject matter expertise and analytical support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in Asset/Liability Management (ALM) and Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) processes. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (NCUA, FFIEC, GAAP) and risk management principles. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and validation techniques. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
