📋 Description

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers responsible for supporting the deployment, integration, and technical success of Echodyne radar systems for Critical Infrastructure customers across the United States. • Guide the team in planning and executing system integrations within complex environments such as airports, utilities, transportation networks, data centers, and other critical facilities. • Oversee and support team members in on-site radar demonstrations and deployments, ensuring they effectively communicate product value, capabilities, and integration approaches tailored to the security and operational needs of Critical Infrastructure clients. • Lead efforts in installation planning, configuration, system tuning, and performance validation, ensuring reliable operation in diverse environments. • Serve as the primary liaison between the Solutions Engineering team and Product, Engineering, and Sales to align integration practices, share customer insights, and influence future product development based on field experience. • Coordinate the development of technical materials, training content, and application notes that enable customers and partners to operate Echodyne systems effectively and securely. • Guide post-deployment data collection and analysis, using results to improve integration processes and customer experience. • Travel up to 50% may be required to customer sites, integration events, and field demonstrations. • Perform other related duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical deployment, systems integration, or field engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
