📋 Description
• Take full ownership of our Marketing & Communications strategy • Lead by example, embodying and championing organizational values • Guide our internal Marketing & Communications team • Translate complex business models into a highly targeted marketing strategy • Champion the customer experience and ensure precise targeting • Manage strategic marketing input in business development
🎯 Requirements
• At least 8 years of proven B2B marketing experience • Proven experience scaling high-performing teams • Experience translating complex business models into strategy • Understanding of the climate finance and sustainable development landscape • A track record of successfully leading complex cross-channel strategies • Extensive hands-on skills in Product marketing, Growth marketing, and Brand positioning • Excellent writing, literacy, and creative storytelling skills • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
