• Support the IT support team in daily operations (1st & 2nd level support) • Receive and process support requests via email and the ticketing system • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software • Analyze and resolve issues in collaboration with experienced colleagues • Document IT processes and support cases • Contribute to internal IT projects and rollouts
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems • Interest in network technologies, cloud services, and IT security • Initial experience in IT support is an advantage but not required • Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and problem-solving skills • Team player with strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
