📋 Description

• Engage clients through marketing campaigns and outreach programs to encourage productive dialogue, reinforce EFE values, increase client retention, and attract new assets • Conduct exploratory client conversations to identify needs and initiate financial goal-based discussions • Present appropriate financial solutions to support client objectives • Build client relationships by providing information and advice • Handle client interactions accurately and efficiently • Educate clients on financial, investment, debt management, and retirement planning strategies • Develop client trust through high emotional intelligence • Manage time and prospects effectively • Improve client contact rates and campaign success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent level of professional work experience • Possess the Series 65 or Series 66 securities license • Previous experience working in a consultative sales role • Call center experience, preferably in an outbound capacity • Outstanding customer service experience • Results-oriented • Passion for talking to clients over the phone to uncover financial needs and advise on financial goals
