📋 Description

• Build thoughtful, reliable experiences for teachers and students • Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand user needs and explore solutions • Contribute to product and technical discussions • Take ownership of problems through research, solution proposals, and implementation • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver outcomes efficiently and on time • Develop pixel-perfect designs with the Design team • Build clean, testable, reliable code across the stack • Learn and improve understanding of Edpuzzle software and tools • Use AI and modern tools appropriately while maintaining judgment and quality • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software • Write technical documentation • Contribute wherever needed to help the team deliver meaningful outcomes • Potentially lead projects of increasing technical or product complexity

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years professional experience in frontend, backend, or full-stack development • Experience writing well-tested JavaScript/TypeScript code and delivering features end-to-end in real-world systems • Strong experience building complex interactive UIs in React and developing backend systems in Node.js, ideally in high-traffic environments • Comfortable working across the stack, or aiming to become full-stack • Product-oriented technical decision-making with the final user in mind • Pragmatic approach to technology • Responsible use of AI and modern tools • Curiosity, proactive learning, and willingness to challenge assumptions • Ownership, autonomy, time management, and flexibility when priorities change • Clear communication and ability to adapt messaging to the audience • Comfortable in spoken Spanish and written English • Based in Spain and holding a work permit to work in Spain • References from previous employers will be requested
