• Strategic and operational leadership of our Customer Care team of three great colleagues. • Scalable customer experience: You will work with the team to further develop our support and communication processes and automate workflows. • As an interface between Support, Product Development, Marketing and other departments, you play an important role in shaping company growth. • Customer perspective: You understand our target audience, empathize with their needs and solve their problems. • Systems instead of chaos: You optimize existing workflows and build new, smart processes to increase customer retention. • KPI controlling: You measure what works and use metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Several years of experience in customer support or a comparable role. • Ideally, some first leadership experience. • Professional experience in e-commerce, customer experience, CRM or support (ideally with a focus on supplements (NEM) or health). • Enthusiasm for AI, automation and trends. • Experience with tools comparable to Gorgias, Trengo, Shopify, Slack, Notion, Asana or similar. • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally. • Independent, structured working style, proactive thinking and high personal responsibility. • Very good written and spoken German; English is nice to have.
