📋 Description

• Develop and maintain back-end applications in Java and PHP. • Build responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using Vue.js, following UI/UX best practices. • Design and integrate secure, scalable RESTful APIs. • Write automated tests (unit and integration tests). • Collaborate on usage data analysis to identify performance and stability improvements. • Participate in designing technical solutions together with product and design teams. • Research and propose technical and technological improvements for the team. • Contribute to a culture of quality, security, and best development practices (CI/CD, version control, clean code, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Technology or related fields, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar. • Proven experience developing with Java and PHP. • Experience with front-end development using Vue.js. • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling. • Experience with RESTful APIs, version control using Git, and the full development lifecycle (CI/CD). • Knowledge of distributed applications, pub/sub systems, client-server architecture, and transactions. • Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests). • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SASS is a plus. • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. • Familiarity with Clean Code and Clean Architecture is a plus. • Experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or similar technologies. • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.). • Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.). • Knowledge of text analysis (Full Text Search) is a plus. • Knowledge of public procurement processes and public sector business is a plus. • Soft skills: assertive communication, empathy, proactivity/ownership, and negotiation skills are differentiators.
