📋 Description

• Lead and implement Employee Central for customers following the company methodology • Facilitate workshops to gather and document requirements • Create prototypes to confirm requirements with customers • Configure solutions, support testing phases, and deploy to production • Advise customers on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices • Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and customers • Communicate project goals, updates, and tasks • Present technical components in a non-technical way to key stakeholders • Transfer SuccessFactors product knowledge to customers • Deliver super-user and administration training • Work remotely and on-site with customers to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors products

🎯 Requirements

• German (native or high working proficiency) and English (high working proficiency) • Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central • Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations as a lead configuration consultant • Facilitating workshops and hands-on configuration experience • Experience with Core and Time Management • Experience with Core HR business processes • Multiple module implementations experience • Integrations with 3rd-party tools, e.g., Payroll • Functional and Technical experience of client transformations from SAP HCM (ECC) to SAP SuccessFactors • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field • Strong problem-solving skills • Self-directed and able to work independently • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with colleagues and customers • Ability to collaborate with clients, identify follow-on opportunities, and drive results
