📋 Description
• Lead the strategy and execution of EFY’s digital wallet ecosystem, ensuring that both high-net-worth clients (HNWI) and corporates can securely store, move, and operate digital assets across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. • Play a key role in expanding EFY’s international footprint through fiat ↔ crypto ↔ crypto integrations, FX/OTC/iRFQ capabilities, and a premium, secure, global wallet experience.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in **fintech, crypto, or payment startups** — ideally **wallets, exchanges, or blockchain infrastructure**. • Proven track record as a **Product Owner / Product Manager** for digital assets or payment ecosystems. • Deep understanding of **compliance** (KYC, KYB, AML, Travel Rule, MiCA). • Strong cross-functional collaboration with **engineering, compliance, and trading teams**. • Fluent in **Spanish and English** (both written and verbal). • **Startup mindset:** fast-moving, resourceful, and outcome-oriented. • Experience with **Fireblocks, Metamask Institutional, Chainalysis, Sumsub, or Merkle Science**. • Background in **custody, FX, or crypto treasury management**. • Exposure to **cross-border financial products** or **multi-currency payment rails**. • Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science**, or related field. • Postgraduate or certifications in **Product Management, Fintech, or Blockchain** are a strong plus (Scrum, Agile, Pragmatic, Product School).
