📋 Description

• Create innovative 3D concepts for conferences, events, exhibitions, brand activations and immersive experiences • Transform creative briefs into spatial designs, attendee journeys, stage concepts and event environments • Develop mood boards, sketches, renderings and presentations for pitches and project development • Partner with Creative, Production and Technical teams to ensure concepts are impactful and feasible • Present and explain design concepts to internal teams and clients • Adapt ideas based on feedback and project objectives • Explore emerging technologies, AI tools and new approaches to experience design

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing event environments within an agency environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across conference staging and exhibition or experiential environments • Ability to develop spatial concepts considering attendee flow, audience engagement, storytelling and event experience • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Cinema 4D or equivalent • Experience using AI and emerging creative technologies in creative development and design • Professional fluency in English • Strong presentation and visual storytelling skills • Experience working on large international projects and multicultural teams is a bonus • Fluency in French is a bonus • Previous permanent employment within an event agency is a bonus
