📋 Description

• Support development of the Intercity Service Line products worldwide (rail, road & signaling) • Support development of local expertise and Key People • Support production strategy, quality delivery of major projects and staffing of project/design managers and experts • Provide global support across regions during tender and project phases and at business development stage • Provide project management, costing and commercial support • Provide risk management and mitigation support • Coordinate technical expertise, peer review and audits • Provide staffing support and technical coordination • During tender phase, collaborate with Regional Bid Manager and technical, administrative and financial departments • Manage bids in project mode to meet deadlines and objectives and ensure clarity and competitiveness of proposed solutions • Analyze specifications and define means to deliver quality offers within deadlines • Coordinate technical experts and ensure compliance with subsidiary and Group quality procedures • Engage with partners or consortiums when required • Promote Egis solutions in innovation, eco-design and digital technology in tenders and projects • Support development of technical expertise in regions and manage feedback for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Engineer with at least 5 years' experience • First project and tender experience • Experience ideally in intercity rail or road transport sector and internationally • Demonstrated ability to work in a project team and mobilize stakeholders • Good writing and interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to multicultural environments • Initial technical experience, sales experience or business development skills with public or private clients are a major asset • Good command of Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel imperative) • Fluent English
