📋 Description

• Contribute to the product vision by participating in roadmap development and analyzing required evolutions to ensure the success of our offering in the market. • Identify, gather, specify and prioritize user and technical requirements in collaboration with business experts and architects. • Participate in tender processes (RFPs), notably to identify gaps between our offering and customer requirements. • Write precise user stories, ensure they are understood by the teams and follow them through to closure. • Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with our strategy. • Lead client and internal workshops required for product development. • Collaborate with and challenge the developers in your squad to deliver quality increments quickly and control technical debt. • Validate developments before releasing the product. • Maintain regular communication with all product and project stakeholders. • Communicate progress on product developments and organize demonstrations. • Produce various documentation (specifications, test cases, user guides, etc.). • Support users during product onboarding and ensure their satisfaction. • Provide support for deployed applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a business school • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, in a context where solutions are deployed for B2B and B2G clients • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English • Proficient with collaboration and communication tools (Jira, MS Teams, Power BI, Figma, MS Office, ...) • Able to drive a product approach for clients who operate with a project-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Skilled at maximizing product value to deliver quality increments quickly • Strong collaborative mindset • Recognized for rigor, autonomy and creativity
