📋 Description

• Identify where blockchain infrastructure is evolving. • Analyze protocols and foundations that would benefit from engineering support. • Help advance the technical foundations that will define the next era of crypto. • Conduct deep-dive research into blockchain ecosystems, protocol development, and infrastructure trends. • Analyze funding rounds, technical roadmaps, and ecosystem developments. • Map the competitive landscape and understand where different protocols are heading. • Build credibility through understanding technical challenges and articulating engineering support solutions. • Navigate technical sales cycles and foundation decision-making processes. • Drive deal development from initial conversation through to close. • Contribute to content showcasing technical depth and strategic thinking.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken). • Strong analytical background: Experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or strategic analysis roles. • Demonstrated blockchain interest: Active on Twitter/LinkedIn sharing crypto/blockchain insights, writing analysis, or engaging in technical/strategic discussions. • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals: L1s, L2s, consensus mechanisms, infrastructure challenges, protocol economics. • Excellent communication skills: ability to explain complex technical and strategic concepts clearly to different audiences. • Research and analytical mindset: comfortable diving deep into technical documentation, whitepapers, and ecosystem analysis. • Intellectually curious and eager to master complex domains. • Consultative approach: you lead with insights and build trust through expertise. • Sales experience: Experience in consultative B2B sales or complex technical sales cycles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Background working with protocol foundations, understanding decentralized governance and decision-making. • Experience in crypto VC, blockchain research, or crypto-focused consulting/advisory. • MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field. • Track record of writing thought leadership content on blockchain/crypto topics (blog, newsletter, Twitter analysis). • Network in the blockchain ecosystem, particularly among protocol teams, foundations, or infrastructure projects. • Understanding of protocol economics, tokenomics, stablecoins, or infrastructure-focused use cases.
