📋 Description

• Join a new in-house team embedded within one of the agency's top gaming clients • Develop creative concepts and compelling ideas aligned with strategic and business objectives • Lead end-to-end concept development from brief through completion • Guide junior team members and steer the creative vision • Collaborate with producers, fellow creatives, client stakeholders, and internal marketing teams • Build innovative marketing campaigns and engaging content • Use AI tools to enhance creative thinking and video-production execution • Participate in brainstorms and develop original concepts • Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, artwork, prepared assets, and storyboards • Build relationships with and influence key stakeholders while defending creative ideas • Present ideas to senior stakeholders • Apply storytelling, user experience, and commercial messaging to content • Quality-control content for consistent style, quality, and tone • Stay current with creative trends, competitors, and inspiration sources

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio, with examples of great creative thinking across different channels • Hands-on experience with AI tools, including Google Gemini / Nanobanana, ChatGPT, Arcads, Mirage, Layer, or closely related platforms • Ability to lead end-to-end concept development and guide junior members from brief through completion • Experience collaborating with producers, fellow creatives, and internal marketing teams • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to articulate and present ideas to senior stakeholders • Experience with graphic design, illustration, layout, artworking, asset preparation, and storyboarding • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills • Love and understanding of mobile games and gaming culture • Great attention to detail and quality control • Excellent skills in the Adobe package • Awareness of creative arts trends, competitors, and sources of inspiration • Gaming experience (bonus) • Working knowledge of motion graphics, gameplay recording, and animation (bonus) • Good illustration skills (bonus) • Social media savvy (bonus) • Experience producing content for user acquisition (bonus) • Super organised and professional • Good communication skills • Proactive approach • Excellent time and project management skills • Impeccable attention to detail • Portfolio link required when applying
