📋 Description

• Contribute to the energy transition by developing innovative technologies • Key role in the team for the advancement of a platform for photovoltaic systems on multi-family houses • Develop software and automation solutions with a focus on simplicity, quality, and maintainability • Engage in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Translate complex requirements into clear development tasks • Conduct regular code reviews and training sessions • Ensure technical excellence in daily operations • Design modern CI/CD pipelines to ensure simplicity and security in deployment infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of practical software development experience • Python expert • Experience in mentoring and coaching developers • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving (KISS) • High awareness of quality, familiar with concepts like Privacy by Design, Secure Coding, Supply Chain Security • Clear communication of technical concepts in German and English • Target-oriented and enthusiastic to work onsite in Cologne as well
