📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable operations • Review, code, and post incoming invoices • Process travel and expense claims • Prepare and execute payment runs • Reconcile and resolve outstanding items • Communicate with suppliers, employees, and international stakeholders • Maintain vendor master data • Support account reconciliations and month-end closing • Ensure accurate processing of all transactions in NetSuite • Contribute to the optimization and standardization of operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in accounts payable • Practical experience processing travel and expense claims • Very good knowledge of NetSuite — required • Good knowledge of DATEV • Very good written and spoken English • Proficiency in Excel • Careful, reliable, and independent working style • Strong hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for operational accounting work
