📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day content production pipeline, coordinating assignments, deadlines, editorial and clinical reviews, approvals, staging, and publication • Produce, build, and publish location pages, service pages, educational articles, FAQs, and guides in Sanity • Include required metadata, schema inputs, internal links, and calls to action • Conduct pre- and post-publication quality assurance for accuracy, formatting, functionality, and consistency • Coordinate with subject matter experts to confirm locations, services, and insurance acceptance • Maintain the content library, including refreshes, consolidation, retirement, publication history, URL changes, and redirects • Operate the AI-assisted Content Engine to develop briefs, generate and refine drafts, and prepare content for review • Apply human editorial judgment to AI-assisted content and verify factual claims against approved sources • Maintain citations, source documentation, prompts, templates, editorial guidelines, and quality standards • Evaluate Content Engine performance and recommend production-process improvements • Apply on-page SEO standards, structured data inputs, and optimization for traditional and AI-powered search • Conduct keyword, topic, search-intent, and audience-question research • Monitor content performance in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and approved AI visibility tools • Collaborate on local search visibility, accurate business information, reputation initiatives, and AI citations • Adapt approved content for social media, email, video scripts, and downloadable resources • Coordinate briefs, copy, source materials, deliverables, and reviews with creative partners • Maintain the content calendar, intake queue, and production tracker • Manage production schedules, resolve routine bottlenecks, communicate risks or delays, and escalate priority conflicts • Maintain publishing checklists, SOPs, workflow instructions, and editorial guidance • Report on content throughput, production timelines, review turnaround, deliverables, and process improvements • Apply brand voice and person-first, stigma-free communication standards • Document approvals and ensure unresolved clinical, privacy, or compliance concerns are addressed before publication

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in content operations, editorial production, content marketing, or a related field • Demonstrated experience managing content workflows, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering content from assignment through publication • Hands-on experience using large language models such as Claude or ChatGPT in content workflows, including prompting, drafting, editing, fact-checking, and evaluating output quality • Ability to follow established AI content governance standards and identify process improvements • Experience working in a content management system such as Sanity, WordPress, Contentful, or similar • Familiarity with structured content, metadata, and basic Markdown or HTML • Working knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword and topic research, internal linking, and content optimization for traditional and AI-powered search • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or AI visibility monitoring tools is preferred • Strong editorial skills and ability to write and edit clear, accurate, accessible content • Ability to adapt messaging across channels, verify factual claims, and maintain consistent brand voice • Ability to independently manage complex content workflows and coordinate stakeholders • Experience coordinating with writers, designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders • Sound editorial judgment and attention to detail • Ability to identify when content requires clinical, legal, technical, or compliance review • Helpful but not required: healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or regulated-industry experience • Helpful but not required: schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO experience • Helpful but not required: experience implementing, managing, or improving AI-assisted content production workflows • Helpful but not required: familiarity with Canva or Figma • Follow privacy and confidentiality policies, including applicable HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements • Protect patient information and use only appropriately authorized patient stories, testimonials, or sensitive materials
