• Lead end-to-end new product introduction processes for fleet and mobility offerings, ensuring alignment between design, operational readiness, and market execution. • Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of a 10,000+ vehicle last-mile fleet, maximizing utilization, uptime, and cost efficiency. • Own the P&L for this business segment, meeting or exceeding revenue and OpEx targets while driving budgetary planning with FP&A. • Develop scalable frameworks for vehicle acquisition, maintenance planning, and end-of-life asset management. • Build an operational analytics capability to monitor fleet utilization, maintenance compliance, and asset profitability. • Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards with actionable insights for internal leadership and external clients. • Partner with technology, product, and engineering teams to integrate telematics, automation, and analytics into daily operations. • Serve as the operational liaison for a large enterprise client, co-creating offerings that expand account revenue and strengthen partnership value. • Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations. • Proven track record in large-scale fleet operations (10,000+ assets) and new product introductions. • Strong understanding of vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance operations, and telematics systems. • Expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
