📋 Description

• - Serve as the owner’s business partner and primary operational counterpart • - Turn vision into structured plans, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables • - Use data and logic to support—and challenge—leadership decisions • - Build a culture of responsibility, clarity, and follow-through • - Architect and improve the operational backbone of the company • - Build SOPs, documentation, and scalable processes • - Lead weekly operational alignment meetings • - Identify bottlenecks and proactively fix them before they escalate • - Ensure client experience is consistent, smooth, and high-caliber end-to-end • - Understand and optimize the company’s online lead-generation model • - Improve funnel performance from marketing → lead capture → conversion • - Ensure sales, operations, and fulfillment are working in sync • - Track key funnel metrics and continually improve revenue throughput • - Own budgeting, financial tracking, cash flow oversight, and profitability KPIs • - Provide clear financial reporting and insights to the owner • - Manage vendor spend, unit economics, and operational financial health • - Lead the entire transition from QuickBooks Enterprise (desktop) and QuickBooks Point of Sale to QuickBooks Online, ensuring: • - Accuracy • - Visibility • - Functionality • - System usefulness for daily decision-making • - Build and grow a high-performing remote team aligned to business needs • - Set up accountability structures, reporting rhythms, and performance metrics • - Support hiring, onboarding, and role definition as the company scales • - Oversee the launch of the company’s new website as a core business engine • - Ensure it connects: • - Brand → credibility • - Traffic → leads • - Leads → booked business • - Ensure proper tracking, messaging, flows, and operational readiness • - Willingness and ability to independently travel to the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience launching and scaling a business or startup • - Strong operational and financial management skills • - Experience in online lead-generation business models • - Experience building a team and implementing systems • - Strong grasp of budgeting, cash flow, pricing, and business performance metrics • - Experience with QuickBooks (Enterprise and/or Online) • - Fast learner comfortable picking up new tools, workflows, and platforms • - Preferably from a startup or owner-led environment • Bonus Points If You Have • - Experience in lighting, design, home improvement, architecture, construction, or similar industries • - Experience managing multiple business units, cost centers, or P&Ls • - Experience leading software transitions or systems migrations • - Have overseen a website launch from strategy to deployment

This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • - Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • - Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
