📋 Description

• Produce ready-to-print files for materials such as sell sheets, price lists, table tents, postcards, and event/installation ephemera. • Execute packaging design, technical layout, and pre-press preparation for both print and digital formats. • Execute and/or iterate marketing assets including social media content, email templates, and web assets based on a client brief. • Create photorealistic mockups to visually represent final packaging and marketing materials, often using existing templates. • Interface with clients professionally to understand and clarify project requirements and provide regular updates. • Manage multiple design tasks daily while ensuring fast turnaround times. • Prepare and organize design files, ensuring correct specifications for the job at hand. • Communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and internal team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop • Strong proficiency in Figma. • Experience in production design and preparation for print (e.g., understanding bleed, trim, and color modes). • Experience in digital design for basic sales and marketing assets including but not limited to web assets, social media assets, email layouts, static ads. • Ability to think critically, efficiently request clarifications and propose effective design solutions for projects which may not have clear parameters when added by a client. • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and file-sharing platforms such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, and Google Drive. • Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday is preferred. • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to adapt quickly to tight deadlines and fast-paced client requirements. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple design tasks and deadlines from a variety of clients. • Portfolio showcasing your experience with marketing design assets and other printed goods such as packaging and/or point of sale materials. • Previous experience working with CPG companies or within agencies that service CPG companies.

This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
