📋 Description

• Translate closed-won Salesforce deals into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms such as Stripe • Reconcile executed order forms with provisioning requests and resolve gaps with Sales and Legal • Partner with Engineering on automation opportunities and provisioning guardrails • Process mid-cycle subscription changes and manage renewals, upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, and plan switches • Handle account offboarding, final invoices or credits, and residual billing cleanup • Resolve customer and Customer Success invoice discrepancies • Audit active subscriptions against contracted terms • Identify and remediate ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers, and orphaned invoices • Support month-end and quarter-end close by reconciling billing platforms with Finance records • Surface pricing and configuration anomalies • Work on billing-process and tooling projects, pricing migrations, and other critical initiatives • Own the full billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts from provisioning through account closure

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in billing operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or a similar role supporting B2B or enterprise customers • Hands-on experience with a subscription billing platform, ideally Stripe Billing or similar (Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly), including subscriptions, invoices, credits, coupons, and billing intervals • Experience turning closed-won deals and order forms into correct billing configurations • Strong attention to detail and a record of catching discrepancies before customers do • Ability to read a contract or order form and identify provisioning gaps • Experience reconciling billing data to finance records, including month-end or quarter-end close support • Comfort working with Salesforce or another CRM as the source of truth for deals • Clear written communication and ability to work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Engineering • Comfort with ambiguity and managing a high volume of accounts • Experience with usage-based or hybrid pricing is a strong plus • Familiarity with SQL, spreadsheets at scale, or BI tools is a strong plus • Experience building automation or scripts, or partnering with Engineering on guardrails is a strong plus • Experience running subscription audits is a strong plus • Experience with pricing or billing-system migrations is a strong plus • Exposure to ASC 606 or revenue recognition basics is a strong plus • Experience with a quote-to-cash stack is a strong plus • Experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI company is a strong plus
