📋 Description

• Shape and evolve ElevenLabs' visual identity across products, platforms, and touchpoints • Develop visual concepts and creative directions for product launches, campaigns, events, and high-visibility projects • Translate the visual identity into scalable design systems, toolkits, and guidelines • Design brand assets across social media, editorial content, presentations, web pages, events, merchandise, print, and other digital and physical touchpoints • Build flexible templates and tools enabling teams to create consistent, high-quality communications • Art-direct imagery, illustration, typography, and other visual elements with internal teams and external partners • Maintain a high quality bar while experimenting and pushing the brand forward • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations teams from brief through delivery and production

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums • Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software • Ability to adapt to ElevenLabs' brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas • Strong visual storytelling skills to communicate complex AI concepts • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects • Keen eye for detail and passion for polished, high-quality work • Effective communication skills to present design concepts and rationales • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting • Experience with tech or AI-focused companies (nice to have) • Knowledge of current design trends in the tech and AI space (nice to have) • Illustration skills for custom graphics and icons (nice to have) • Basic animation or motion graphics capabilities (nice to have) • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles (nice to have)
