📋 Description

• Work closely with the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads • Manage the workflow of the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment teams • Bring organization to a fast-growing Enterprise Deployment team and improve efficiencies • Develop expertise in team members’ strengths and staff them on projects based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills • Track team member performance and gather feedback from leads and close collaborators • Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team, focusing on key roles and locations • Own onboarding so new team members are ready from Day 1 and have the resources to ramp quickly • Prepare team meetings by coordinating with meeting leads and preparing slides • Track Enterprise Deployment OKRs and provide regular progress updates, identifying issues or coverage gaps • Plan team co-locations to strengthen partnerships and encourage collaboration • Liaise between Enterprise Deployment and other parts of the organization for coordinated alignment

• Ability to understand team members’ strengths and staff them thoughtfully based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills • Ability to track team member performance and engage with leads and collaborators • Ability to coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team • Ability to own and manage onboarding for rapidly hired team members • Ability to coordinate effective team meetings and prepare slides where needed • Ability to track OKRs and identify issues or gaps early • Ability to plan team co-locations across a global team • Ability to liaise with deployment and other organizational teams • Must be able to reside in an eligible country; application form requires current country of residence
