📋 Description

• Build and maintain ElevenLabs' platform on top of cutting-edge voice models used by millions of users • Improve existing products by adding functionality and integrating with consumer and enterprise solutions • Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure to keep products live, performant, and secure • Collaborate with Frontend, Growth, and Sales teams to understand customer needs and design solutions

🎯 Requirements

• No formal experience, certifications, or degrees required • Demonstrated ability to solve impressively hard problems through artifacts such as past projects or GitHub contributions • Expertise in Python • Strong background in backend development • Familiarity with software and system design patterns • Familiarity with infrastructure including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures • Knowledge of test design and security fundamentals • Experience with Kubernetes (bonus) • Experience with Stripe or other payment processing providers (bonus) • Basic knowledge of how AI models work (bonus)
