âą Lead the enterprise and consumer music business end to end âą Build and execute a unified strategy across B2B, artist-focused, and creator/consumer music offerings âą Oversee music product, licensing, marketing, and partnerships âą Work with go-to-market and FDE teams on the sale and implementation of music tools âą Represent ElevenLabs at global industry and technology events âą Guide the growth and future direction of the music business âą Accelerate product development, licensing, partnerships, and go-to-market activities
đŻ Requirements
âą Ability to craft and execute a cohesive strategy across B2B, artist, and consumer music tools âą Expertise spanning product, licensing, marketing, partnerships, and sales, with deep strength in at least one discipline âą Proven track record driving development of music technology âą Excellent product sense âą Deep knowledge of licensing across recorded music and publishing industries âą Experience marketing music technology products âą Leadership and management experience âą Comfort with public speaking âą Deep experience, industry ties, and respect across the music industry
