📋 Description

• Own external storytelling and event presence for the Impact program • Coordinate production of documentary case studies, including travel and onsite filming when needed • Work with external production and direction teams and partner with Design on films and brand guidelines • Plan and execute conferences and activations with the Events team • Support PR storytelling with Comms and PR agencies, keeping press windows and partner announcements on track • Partner with Design on video and static collateral • Maintain consistent visual and narrative direction across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations • Draft social and blog copy with Comms and Design • Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional logistics • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience juggling several production timelines at once • Creative or production background in agency, marketing, in-house brand/content, documentary, or branded content • Comfortable being on set and collaborating with Design • Strong writing and visual taste • 2–5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing • Comfortable traveling for shoots and events
