Research Lab. Exploring new frontiers of voice generation. We are researching and deploying novel methods in voice AI to make content enjoyable in any language and voice to benefit new audiences and viewers.

📋 Description

• Owning the ElevenLabs blog – setting the editorial standard, writing new content, and editing draft posts from other teams. • Interviewing domain experts, mining data sets, and monitoring internal updates to unearth the best ideas and stories. • Making complex business and technical updates legible through clear writing and compelling visualizations. • Defining the house style and ensuring ElevenLabs maintains a consistent voice. • Writing keynotes and remarks for senior leadership that stick in the minds of audiences. • Managing a network of freelance writers and editors to scale output as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• A background in journalism, editorial, or long-form writing, ideally covering AI, tech, or audio. • Exceptional writing across different formats. • Strong editing skills and the ability to reshape others' work while preserving their intent. • Strong instincts for distribution and a good understanding of how to shape writing to ensure it reaches and resonates with target audiences. • A track record of owning and improving editorial output, not just contributing to it. • Genuine curiosity about AI and an interest in helping the world understand what we’re building.
