📋 Description

• Play a critical role in coordinating and supporting design teams • Ensure smooth collaboration, efficient pipelines, and timely delivery of gameplay features • Serve as the bridge between designers and other disciplines • Align creative vision with production realities while maintaining strong visibility into progress • Drive production planning and scheduling for design deliverables • Partner closely with design leads to align design priorities • Maintain clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies • Track feature implementation across design, art, and engineering • Provide documentation, task tracking, and reporting for design teams • Support cross-discipline collaboration by identifying and resolving blockers • Contribute to refining and improving design production processes • Mentor associate producers and support professional development of team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience in the game industry • At least 2 years supporting design or cross-discipline teams • Track record of successfully managing design deliverables from concept to implementation • Familiarity with ARPGs, gameplay systems, and live-service development • Project management skills using task-tracking and scheduling software • Ability to manage dependencies and align multiple disciplines toward shared goals • Must be able to communicate and collaborate in distributed/remote team environments • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt plans to shifting priorities
