📋 Description

• Lead the execution of key technology enablement initiatives, including projects involving SaaS platforms such as implementation, integration, and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Establish and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency within the technology enablement function. • Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth communication and execution of initiatives. • Manage technology-related meetings, tracking action items and ensuring accountability across teams. • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, proactively identifying risks and solutions. • Reporting & Metrics Management: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform decision-making. Monitor and refine reporting processes to improve visibility into technology enablement efforts. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various reporting platforms. • Technology Tools Intake & Management: Own the intake, assessment, and prioritization process for new technology tools and platforms. Maintain a clear inventory of active tools, contracts, renewals, and usage metrics. • Workforce Resource Strategy & Financial Management: Support workforce planning by aligning technology staffing needs with long-term strategic priorities. Partner with finance and technology leadership to forecast headcount, capacity, and budget allocations. • Process Improvement & Strategic Insights: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in technology enablement workflows and implement process improvements. Standardize documentation and reporting practices for better scalability and transparency. Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, product, and business teams, translating requirements and ensuring technical feasibility. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, business operations, or reporting roles within a technology or SaaS environment. • Strong project management skills with experience in agile or iterative workflows. • Proficiency in reporting, analytics and project management tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Azure DevOps). • Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise SaaS platforms • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with SDLC processes and technology adoption initiatives. • Strongly preferred certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Certification, or equivalent. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred. • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher (CEFR), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
