• We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead innovation and roadmap execution for our Helios Care Management (Helios CM) and Helios Utilization Management (Helios UM) solutions. • Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical experts, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features that drive value for customers and support our growth strategy. • Your work will shape product direction through customer insights, market analysis, and a deep understanding of healthcare workflows.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare SaaS, ideally with exposure to care management, utilization management, or related workflows • Proven success delivering products that meet market and customer needs • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to engage technical and clinical audiences • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership • Collaborative leadership style with influence across teams
