📋 Description

• Implementing, developing, and maintaining the Epic system and associated third-party systems • Provide on-call support • Interact with clients to ensure compliance with software lifecycle standards • Research and configure systems to improve processes and promote patient safety • Leverage applicable clinical/business knowledge to inform workflow and system design • Seek process improvements and demonstrate innovative thinking • Create and maintain thorough documentation, develop test scripts, and ensure builds meet departmental standards

🎯 Requirements

• High-value, primary, and specialty care knowledge preferred • Epic Build experience required • HB Admin or HB Claims Certification Required • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to build partnerships with customers and colleagues at all levels • Prior Epic experience (end user or analyst) • Experience as analyst implementing and testing vendor packaged software applications OR healthcare operational experience in area of application preferred depending on Analyst level • 4-year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree • Active vendor training status required • Can work under pressure with competing priorities and rapidly changing situations • Must be able to communicate frequently and effectively with others verbally, in writing, and by virtual meetings (including camera)
