📋 Description

• Participate in pre-sales activities such as feasibility studies and pilot installations • Install our product solutions at prestigious customer sites • Provide local after-sales support to customers • Service and maintain our products • Handle service requests • Accurately complete service worksheets, report case progress in our cloud-based case management system, and manage parts inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Technical experience with products that combine intelligent interaction of hardware, software, sensors, and wireless technology • Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems • Several years of experience in material handling or intralogistics • Professional communication skills • Self-motivated with effective planning and organizational skills • A full UK driving license is required
