âą Participate in pre-sales activities such as feasibility studies and pilot installations âą Install our product solutions at prestigious customer sites âą Provide local after-sales support to customers âą Service and maintain our products âą Handle service requests âą Accurately complete service worksheets, report case progress in our cloud-based case management system, and manage parts inventory

âą Technical experience with products that combine intelligent interaction of hardware, software, sensors, and wireless technology âą Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems âą Several years of experience in material handling or intralogistics âą Professional communication skills âą Self-motivated with effective planning and organizational skills âą A full UK driving license is required
