• Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads and guide them through the sales process • Run consultative sales calls to uncover career goals • Match prospects with the ELVTR program that fits them best • Guide prospects from first conversation to enrollment • Hit and exceed monthly targets • Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM records • Provide frontline insights to shape programs and the sales playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record, ideally in high-ticket or consultative sales • Comfortable prospecting and starting conversations from scratch • Clarity and confidence in spoken and written English • Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections with ease • Comfortable working in CRMs and modern sales tools • Strong time management and organization under pressure • Ownership of sales numbers and commitment to continuous improvement • Belief that education can change lives
