• HubSpot support: set up automations, workflows, and reports, etc. • Automate processes: build and maintain automations via Zapier, n8n, native tools, or Google Apps Script. • Handle technical requests in chats: troubleshoot issues, set up equipment, and investigate automation or tool-related problems (HubSpot, Aircall, Front, Stripe, etc.). • Manage onboarding/offboarding: set up and deactivate user accounts, ensure proper tool access. • Administer key tools: maintain and configure HubSpot, Twilio, Aircall, Front, Stripe, etc and related integrations.
🎯 Requirements
• 1y+ experience in a technical support, systems administration, or similar role. • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher. • Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and technologies. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams. • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. • Nice to Have: Experience with CRM administration and automation tools. • Nice to Have: Experience with any of the following tools is a plus: Twilio, Aircall, Front, Stripe, or Google Apps Script.
