• Proven sales track record, ideally in high-ticket or consultative sales. • Comfortable prospecting and starting conversations from scratch. • Clear and confident English communication, spoken and written. • Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections. • Comfortable working in CRMs and modern sales tools. • Strong time management and organization under pressure. • Ownership of sales numbers and continuous improvement mindset. • Belief that education can change lives.
