📋 Description

• Shape Ema's product direction • Research customers and conduct customer discovery • Define product strategy and roadmap • Write PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) • Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features • Analyze metrics and drive data-informed decisions • Develop go-to-market strategy and launch planning • Drive adoption of innovative AI capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years PM experience in SaaS or enterprise software • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication • Experience shipping multiple features end-to-end • Data-driven decision making and analytics • Customer research and user empathy • BTech in CS/related field from top Institutes • PM at high-growth SaaS companies (50-500 employees) (Preferred) • Experience with platform or API products (Preferred) • AI/ML product experience (Preferred) • Enterprise sales support and GTM experience (Preferred) • Analytics and A/B testing expertise (Preferred)
