🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical background with strong computer skills (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) • General IP networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi and wireless systems (a plus) • Familiarity with Single-Sign-On (SSO) platforms • Strong troubleshooting abilities and the patience to solve technical issues • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written • Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and prompt service • A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering an outstanding support experience
